How can I place an order?
Ordering at the TheWorldFlowers.com shopping centre is easy!

Just follow these simple steps:

- Choose the country where your want to send the flowers.
- Choose a flower bouquet or arrangement from our great selection.
- Choose the delivery date, the size and price of your choice and an additional gift to complete the flowers.
- Next you have to enter your personal information.
- After that the address of the order recipient and please don't forget your card message.
- Finally you review your purchase and select your payment method so you can finish your purchase.

You will receive an order confirmation to the email account you used to register.

As soon as we receive your order we will assign your order to the nearest local florist partner of TheWorldFlowers.com.

Which type of credit card can I use to purchase my flower or gift?
TheWorldFlowers.com currently accepts Credit cards as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB. You can also make your payment via PayPal.
Other payment methods are under consideration.
How do I know if TheWorldFlowers.com received my order?
As soon as you received our order receipt confirmation with your personal order ID number by e-mail. Make sure to keep your order ID handy for any further questions you may have concerning your order delivery.
When will the order be delivered?
When placing your order, you will be asked to request a delivery date. The date that you select will be the delivery date, although we do not have any delivery schedule guarantee. Our florist will deliver during his regular business hours. The opening hours may vary slightly from florist to florist. If your flowers need to reach the recipient at a specific time please notice us that at special instructions. The delivery time request is also not guaranteed, but you can trust that our florist will do his best to meet your delivery time request.
How do I know if my order was finally delivered?
TheWorldFlowers guarantees each order to be delivered on the requested delivery date during the regular local opening hours of the florists. If by any reason the order cannot be filled you will be contacted by our customer service as soon as the florist reported his delivery problem. Thus, if you do not hear or read from us you may be assured your order got delivered in the fresh and personal way guaranteed by TheWorldFlowers. If you know that the order did not reach its delivery destination you may contact us and claim for a non delivery with reference to your order- ID.
What happens if the recipient is not at the delivery address?
Our florist member will attempt delivery and leave a calling card and try to reach the recipient later by phone. If the florist is unable to deliver the flowers and unable to reach the recipient within 24 hours after the first attempt of delivery, the florist will inform us of the none-delivery and you'll be informed either via phone or Email that delivery could not be made. In the absence of the receiver, the florist making the delivery is authorized to leave the flowers with a reliable third-party (e.g. a neighbor, receptionist, porter, funeral parlor, etc.) deemed suitable for passing on the flowers to the addressee.
What's shipping taxes?
The Shipping delivery is for personal handling of your orders.
What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after theworldflowers.com receives your order. If you do not receive this message within four hours of placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact us to ensure that your order is being processed.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?

What was the total charged to my credit card?
When you place your order online, you are presented with the price of the merchandise as well as the service charge. In addition to these costs there may be further cost for delivery to places outside main cities, in that case our customer service department will contact you either by phone or email.
